The Omusubi Mail Magazine is sent to subscribers monthly by email, in HTML format.  Subscription is free of charge.

You must use the user name “subscriber” and the password “omusubi”.  Please do not use any other user name or password.  (This step is to prevent automated subscriptions - you will not need to log in at any time to receive the Omusubi Mail Magazine.)
