Beginners' II Japanese Language Course |

This is a one year course consisting of 4 terms of 10 weeks.
On completion of this course, participants will be able to: |
- understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of immediate relevance such as basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography and employment
- interact in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar everyday matters
- describe in simple terms aspects of their background, immediate environment and immediate needs
(based on JF-Standard for Japanese-Language Education A2).

In Term 4, we aim to cover Lessons 19 to 20 of “Genki. 2 – An integrated course in elementary Japanese“. Participants will learn basic language structures and develop communication skills relating to the following topics;
- Employment, Your past experiences, Special events, Habits, etc.
To be eligible for this course you must have completed a course equivalent to JF Beginners I Japanese course and have knowledge of grammar points covered in Genki 2 Lessons 13 to 18. |
