• The Japan Foundation, Sydney reserves the right to reject any advertising copy at our absolute discretion.
• Applications and copy must be received by the deadline specified below in order for the advertisement to be placed in the next issue.
• Inclusion is subject to space availability.
• An invoice will be sent once the application has been approved. Payment not received by the payment deadline will result in the advertisement being withdrawn. Payment will not be refunded in the event that an advertisement is subsequently withdrawn by the advertiser.
• Where advertisements are booked for several issues, if changes are to be made to the advertisement in subsequent issues, it is the advertiser's responsibility to submit revised copy by the submission deadline for that issue.
• One complimentary copy of each issue in which an advertisement is placed will be forwarded to the advertiser upon publication. If more than one copy is required, additional charges may apply.

• Omusubi is published in A4 size and printed in two colours. Artwork should be submitted on CD-ROM as a file in EPS format for Adobe Illustrator 8.0, with fonts outlined and images embedded. Please include a data list and hard copy print-out or PDF/JPEG version. Please also specify whether the advertisement should appear in two colours or black and white.
• If creation of artwork or design is required, please submit the advertisement text (Microsoft Word format or a hard copy) and any images at the time of application. The agency is required to arrange artwork and design with the publishing company and pay any additional costs thereof.
