- The Web-OPAC server is prone to outage once every few
days. This typically results in a white page with the message
"Service Unavailable" when trying to visit the Web-OPAC.
Library staff check for this error on regular basis but
are unable to do so over a non-business day. This means
that if the Web-OPAC goes down over a weekend, then it will
not be available until the next business day.
- When performing an Easy search, Subject headings that
include a geographic name at the top level (eg. Japan -
Social conditions - 1945-) are not displayed properly on
the search result summary screen.
- In the Advanced search menu, a Language code search doesn't
return any records at all when the search is combined with
other search categories.
- In Advanced search menu, Resource type code search doesn't
return any records at all when the search is combined with
other search categories.
- Teachers and members of the public might also like to know that the video recordings in our Web OPAC are also available as a downloadable file.
