For PC users:  
To view the newsletter, which uses 'Shift_JIS' code, you will need the appropriate OS or browser to show the Japanese characters.
The newsletter is the best viewed with Windows 2000 or XP, which is configured to display Japanese characters.
If you use another earlier English OS, you can install "Microsoft Global IME" to display the Japanese language, however, it is not fully functional - some Japanese fonts are not viewed.
If you have a Japanese OS (eg. Japanese Windows 98 or Windows 2000), the Japanese characters in the newsletter will be displayed automatically.

For Mac users:
If you use the latest Macintosh OS, please refer to your user manual to configure Japanese language settings. Users of other earlier versions should check the following URL:
