Based on the story "Misty Kid of the Wind' by poet / novelist Kenji Miyazawa, Karin is a student who unexpectedly befriends a strangely dressed Saburo, nicknamed 'Mata Saburo of Wind'. Together they witness a series of bizarre events, with religious references to the Buddhist belief.
