On the occasion of the 18th National Australian Associated Bonsai Clubs (AABC) Bonsai Convention, world-renowned bonsai master Masahiko Kimura will make a rare visit to Australia to share his celebrated techniques with the local bonsai community.

The 18th National AABC Bonsai Convention, hosted by the Bonsai Society of Sydney and sponsored by the Japan Foundation, will run between 19 – 22 August. The extensive programme caters for both bonsai enthusiasts and newcomers to the art form and includes demonstrations, workshops, as well as a chance to view some of Australia’s best examples of bonsai.

Prior to the convention, the Japan Foundation, Sydney invites you to join us for a free public Bonsai Demonstration and Exhibition by Mr Kimura on August 18. Seats are limited, so to avoid disappointment, we encourage you to book early.
